The trailer telematics services provider based in the United States encountered a significant hurdle in effectively managing and extracting insights from an extensive volume of data originating from more than 50,000 trailers. To address this challenge, ITHENA developed an AI/ML solution to stage and cleanse the telemetry data, incorporating data science models to derive valuable insights. These insights contributed to enhanced logistics efficiency, improved fleet uptime, and the development of driver scorecards.
