How to Charge

Your Electric Vehicle (EV)

Charging your electric vehicle with the iSEC application is so easy, just follow these simple steps:  
  1. Find & Select: Open the iSEC application, and it will locate the nearest available charging station based on your current location
  2. Navigate to the Station: Click on the 'Navigate' option after selecting the charging station, you will be redirected to your preferred map application for the directions
  3. Pick Your Connector: At the charging station, you can use the iSEC application to select the correct charging connector for your EV
  4. Plug-in Connector: Connect the selected connector to your EV's charging port, once a connection is established, symbol will appear on EV dashboard
  5. Start Charging: Swipe right on the 'Start Charging' to start the charging process
  6. Charging in Process: Once the charger verifies the connection successfully, the EV will start charging. It'll be indicated in your iSEC application
  7. Stop Charging: Swipe right on the 'Stop Charging' to end the charging process. This will take you to the payment option
  8. Stay Informed: If you choose to receive important notifications regarding various charging events, you will be notified on your device
